eTrove Now Launching for Optometrists

Creating value and increasing retention for clients and partners 

Since the launch of eTrove in February 2014 for the Dental and Orthodontic Industries, eTrove clients have seen a great return on investment. The app has had a 100% retention rate on users’ phones, and those users spend enough time in the app to account for 11.5 employees working for 40 hours a week to market the practice. In addition, a single eTrove client has generated $54,000 in profit in the first quarter alone, based on referrals received through the app. That’s a 535% ROI just in the first quarter from referrals alone.

 

Now, as you may have guessed based on our recent additions to the team, we are launching eTrove in beta for Optometrists! Check out this early feedback:

Welcome to the Team Rhonda!

Vertical Motion and eTrove are excited to welcome Rhonda Bruce to the team.

I am very excited to be part of the Vertical Motion team and their release of a new 2-way loyalty program for businesses of all sizes – eTrove. I am thrilled to be actively participating in eTrove’s start-up, along with product introduction, strategic planning, implementation and major account development.

Rhonda is a multi-skilled client solutions specialist with over 15 years experience in the Optical and Medical sectors.  She brings strong supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills to all her projects. Rhonda’s diverse portfolio includes experience with new software start-ups, product introduction, strategic planning and implementation, and major account development. Her long-term role with EMRlogic Systems Inc. provided her with the opportunity to hone her skills across a number of different leadership roles.  As a creative team leader, Rhonda is dedicated to finding creative solutions to software implementation challenges.
